Regular meeting of 'the Town Council of the Town of Fairfax
cilled :to order by 'Mayor Listebarger at 7 ;3_0 with the following
councilmen presents Zenisekv Dvorako Emanuel and Yanecek.
Councilman absent: Steinmetz
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
The treasurers report was read and approved.
A motion by Dvorak and seconded by Zeniek that the town council
authorize the clerk to pay the Chicago & Northwestern Railway
$25.00 as a license fee that would authorize the town to
commence constructioon of its water project, part of which is xtlkix
within the confines of the south 10 feet of Railroad street.
It is agreed that this payment of $25. 00 is no way indicated
the amount of annual payment, or single payment settlement that
the town will negotiate at a later time.
This motion was unanimously approved.
There being no further business to come before the meetin gg
it was moved, seconded and carried to adjourn. .
