A motion by Emanuel and deconded by 5teimmmetz t® appoint Warren C Ackley as town attorney for° the ensuing two years was approved. The mayor appointed Ho `V. Jan® 1 , ( cont 'd) It was moved by Zenisekq seconded by Nemec , that the Fairfax State Savings Bank be and is hereby designaded depository for funds of the Town of Fairfax, Iowa and that Edna DeLany, treasurer of said town is hereby authorized to deposit funds of the town of Fairfax, Iowa in said Vairfax State Savings Bank in sums totaling in the aggregate of $20,000.00 plus any funds that may be received from sale of bonds in connection with the municipal water system® This motion uftanimously approved. The Mayor appointed Rudolph Nemec , Jr. , Leonard Yanecek, and Richard Zenisek to the street and alley committed. A discussion pertaining to the app6intment of a street commissioner was held, but no definite action taken at this time® There being no further business to omme befori� -the meeting, it was moved, seconded and carried to adjourn.
