A letter of resignation from Mayor Listebarger, dated May
9, 1960, was read, same being accepted by the council.
A motion made. and carried that the Royale Baroo
be issued a renewal class: B Beer permit when the proper' fees,
binds and completed application is presented to the clerk.
A further discussion in regard to..::the water connection for
the Post Office was ,held. 1t was deteraire d that the ord�
inance provisions should pre rail, and that the water tap be
made in accordance with this ordinance
