The town council of the town of Fairfax met in
special session this 29th day of December, 1960
with all councilmen present except Yanecek.
The purpose of the meetLng was to hear any objectors
in regard to the proposed budget amendment,

The expenditures in the current town budget for 1960
adopted August 5, 1959 i.S/ hereb , amended as follows:

Road Use Tax fund from $1,400.00 to $69290.00
Street Band from $1,000.00 to $49100.00
General fund from $1,010.00 $29820.00

No further business to came before tree meeting, it
was moved, seconded and approved to adjourn.
