Also p resent were the planning an d zoning omission members as follows: DeLany, Fox, Shepard, Kuba a and Waychof. f. Iowa Fund, Inc. was represented by Russell Lundy, and his engineer, Carl Lechner, and their &egal 'counsel Richard Nazette. it A prelizina.ry plan of the Knickerbocker farm was presented by .Carl Lechner. . He explained in detail the possibilities of development and some cf the problems involved. . Lundy reported a conversation .with clerk Neuhaus wherein it w s mentioned that the council had considered vacating Knickolette Avenue, At that mention, Lundy assumed it would definitely be vacated, and proceeded to make the area plan accordingly. The plans. proposed by Lechner included provisions for the town to vacate Knickolette Avenue, and have Iowa Fund .construct another road Lund s Lane that would run north Harald south and parallel 4T , y hwa 149. to Vanderbilt, crest of Vanderbilt St. and Fast of Hig y Theodore Neuhaus was present to state his case in desiring to a ire .some or all of the east end, of Knickolette Avenue for ass 'to `the rear of his lot. Since.
