august 17, 1962
special meeting of the town council -was held this, l7th
day of August , 1961.
In the absende of Mayor Selzer and .Mayor Pray temp Steinmetz
resided. ®that• councilen besides Senisek present were
Nemec, Yanecek and Emanuel.
Members. of. the zoning commission present were Delany,
Shepard, Gibney, waychoff, , Stallman, Xubasa,
Lyle Kovarq Melville Wolfet and The®done Neuhaus were present.
Carl Lechner presented a detailed plan of Iowa Funds first
Plat. This was basically the same as had been presented
before Frith the foll.woing changes. The new street west of
Vanderbilt would be SfNf in width rather than 60` as originally
planned.

it will be widened from that point northward, which would be
the new portion.
The West end of Knic'kolette, when vacated, would be divided

A fourth property owner, Jackson, would receive a smallportion

on motion being duly made and seconded.

Mrs. Stark said she had not made
any contact with :FHA at . this time. She said she thought
permanent streets were beyond ber development mobilities, and
that she would rEcrrnsider her request. No f urther action was
taken by the 'council ®n this matter at this time•
