Special meeting of the town council of Fa r 'an was called
order this 25th d ay of ctobers 1961 with all councilmen
present.t. his meeting hzJJxaAxtkxx called to order at the
American Legion Building as specified in the published notice
of the meeting, and singe there wasn't a large crowd, the
meeting was adjourned to the bank building.
Purpose of the meeting was to consider further the vacation
rid sale of Knickolette Avenue,
There were no objections filed and no objectors present in
regard to the sale of Ki?:IcRole tte Udenue.
Ordinance No. 33, an ordinance providing for such sale was
read, a motior made, seconded and unanimously approved that
said ord mace , a copy which is hereto ttsx ed, be adi ted.
motion by .4 Unmatz and seconded by Yanecek that the second
and third reaciags be dispensed with was unanimously approved.
The Mayor then askod for bids for K ickele tt e Avenue. No sealed
bidw vzr3 presented, soaict:,iion bids were asked for. Richard
z°°''a zetto in anal. of Iowa Fund, Inc. bid X50.00 and there were
no subsequent beds, this eing the high bid.
A resolution read by tae .clerk approving the sale of said street
was unanimously approved on motion.
A motion made by Emanuel and seconded by Nemec and unanimously
approved that the Hay or and clerk be authorized

Resolution duly passed by the council authorizing the mayor and
clerk to make apDlicaticn to Highway mmiss o for two 35 Foot:
access drives for the M:nvillc- s ral property,
