Mayor and Members of The To Council
A meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission was held Oct.
2 at the town bank. All members were present except N. Xubasa. The
meeting wa8 attended by Warren Ackley attorney for the town.
A motion was made and carried that the commission recommend
the council to change the zoning on two properties from residentuaL
to light commercial., The Petrick property, requested by C.E® ITicholS
and the adjoining 10 acres that was requested by Y.J.Karol. The
commission also recommends the council to let r. Karol use the
10 acres to build a filling station.
The commission asks the council to reimburse Mrs. Fox for
stamps used in mailing letters and Orrie Waychoff for a booklet
ti-.at he purchased on zoning ordinances of Des Moines.
