A special meeting of the town council held this 19th day
of December, 1961 with all councilmen present.
This meeting held in accordance with published notice
in the Cedar Papidg Gazette in connection with the
proposed rezoning to light commercial the property
owned by Paul Petrik south of highway 149 located in
the NEB of Sec 9, 'wp 82H, Range 8 gr Linn County,
Iowa.
There were no °titters objections filed and no objectors
present. The Mayor having opened. this Meeting at the
American Legion Building a s provided for in said
notice, the meeting was then adjourned, to the regular
meeting place, the Fairfax State Savings Bank.
Because of a discrepancy in the description of the Karal
land as published in the Gazettev the passage of the
ordinance to grange the zoning on the above described
land would be delayed Lentil. the January meeting after
which time the corrected notice would have been publi.ghed
and a hearing held in connection with the Karal land.
No further business, the meeting was adjourned.
