town council meting was called to order by Mayor

Councilmen present were Zenise cp Emanuely Steinmetz
and Carrrere Absent: Nemec.
The minutes of the ;previous two. meetings were read and
approvedg

Joe Goetchius was present to discuss the problem of

enforcing the dog ordinance. He indicated iha ;certain j
habitual offenders were getting to be a nuisance and that
unless the ordinance were enforced s he Mould nbt accept
the joh®. He was told that the ordinance provided f,or ?;
the usual misdemeanor penalties and that a summons corald

be issued Whether the marshall or the do catcher could

out who could issue the summons and report to Goetsehius*
a representative from General Electric visited wit. the
council in regard to the possible purchase of a two way

radio for the °squad ear. He made his presentation and
left his prices for the 30 and 60 watt sets. Mo definite

William Shepard was appointed Town Treasurer for the period

Some discussion was held in regard to the purchase of a
squad car. By the re xt meeting, an idea should be had by
all pertaining to type, size and model that would be 1
desiredq if and when such purchase were made. I
Clerk authorized to negotiate with connection
with the purchase of the approximate
