ROgUI-Ay- Mc�Oting of the town council called to order at 7;30
by HayeD Abasa with all coulcilman present
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved,
The Hayor asked for objections in regard to t transfer of
$19000.00 from the General Fund to the Public SaUty Fund.
There were no objectors present and no objections riledv
so it was declared that the clerk be ins Queted to make sucl.i
transfer in accordance with St . Comptrollers approval.
A request from Lloyd Selzer portaining to extension of water
main to Lot 13, GidOings Addition. This request was disc"sscd
and the problem or possibility of extending the lino that was
constructed by Nrs. Stark was deemed most f day;ible, No
definite action taken at this time.
Pussell Carver was instructed to put proper "read Closed" signs
on Railroad stroot West of the intersection of Rn Carvcrs house.
This is because of the poor condition of the street in that area,
Steinmetz discussed the undesirability of having a school bus

parked in the street parking near the Otarkey property. Ser-
bousek Ax to be in5tructed to determi n e if this is a permanent
or temporary urrangement.
A discussion was held in regard to selling the maintainer.
Emanuel and Xubasa were authorized to sell it for no W5 than
$150.00.
Carver was instructed and authorized to repair the hoist on the
dunp truck and to make the necessary rdpairs.
Cn motion being duly made, seconded and unanimously approvod,
clerk was instructed to complete Transfer of title 61 the 1947
Oldsmobile to Albert Sankot for $100.09.
The Special Assessment Schedule was discussed again at great length.
A special moeting was called for April R2 12 to further disnuss
the assessments.
Treasurers report was mdde by Shepard showing a balance of $8,506.29.
Clerk reported a discussion with Jim Shivo in connection with
municipal plaDning and street construction as permitted by the
now law pertaining to the Road We Tax money,
No further business, it was moved, seconded and carried to adjour".

attended this mace iing in an advisory capacity.
