The regular meeting of the town council wasX held this 6th day of
June, 1962 with all coufteilmen present .
The resolution of necessity was adopted, and a set
of the papers in connection therewith are on file with the clerk
as drawn by the consulting engineer and Bond attorney for the
sanitary sewer stead.
The condition of the "south VanderUilt" street was discussed.
It was decided that Nemec would contact a road builder about
repairing same.
Nemec was instructed to contact Chas. Dvorkk in regard to some
patching of small holes in the streets. If Dvorak isntt availableg
then he is to hire someone that can do the work.
Mayor indicated he would contact town Attorney in regard to
exercising option from Arp 's for purchase of 'lagoon site.
On motion, made, seconded and unanimously carried, such action
was approved.
Discission on Probst drive and west end of Church lizzaxxody St. (repair)
In the absence of clerk Neuhaus, Mayor Kubasa appointed J. L.
hall as acting clerk, and he would act in the absence of Neuhaus.

A special meeting of the town council was held at the Town Hall
at 7:30 PH this 28th day of June , 1962. This meeting was op&ned
at the Town Hall, the fire station, and moved to the American
Legion Hall to accomodate these in attendance,
The purpose of this meeting was an objectors meeting as published
in the Cedar Rapids Gazette in regard to the 'Proposed sanitary
sewer ststem and the special assessment schedule in conjunction
therewith. Complete proceedings of this meeting are on a separate
record and are filed with the clerk.
