A special meeting of the town council of Fairfax was
hold this 19th day of July 1962.
All members ware prese& except Emanuel,
Bechner Engineering representative was present to
go over final plans and specifications and to determine
dates for publication for contract letting on the
sanitary swwer system.
July 249 1962 was the Wo selected for publication
in the Cedar Rapids Gazette and the date for contract
lotting was dotermined to be August 91 19 62,,,
Proceedings for this action is on attached forms,
provided by WOW & Langdon.
No further business to come before the ire ting it was
moved seconded and carried to adjourn.
