Town council. of Ton of Fairfax met this 4th day of
Februarys 1963 with all councilmen present, and N*Yor

The minutes Of the previous Meeting were read and approved.

Warrants no. 541 thru 545 were read and approved.
Bill Bemis from Lec ner En g. Co. was present to discuss
the sewer construction progress.
yor Ku asa allpointYed Wm. L. Serbousek as Deputy Clerk
of Mayors Court. This action was unanimously approved
by the dout` cil.
Clerk inst ucted to call the trainmaster of the C. & I3.
W. fly. in regard to the crossing on Vanderbilt street.
After some discussion, it was approved that the light
bill from the sating rink would properly e paid out
of the recreation funds since our budget provided for
this expenditure in the year 196 3,
The treasurers report was read and approved.
No further business to come tpfere the r eetingv It
was movedg seconded and carried to adjourn.
