Special meeting of the town council called to order
at 7:30 by Mayor Kubasa with all councilmen present® I
This meeting called in order that the sewer job completion
could .be discussed with Frank Easton of Lochner Eng. Go.
Easton presented a 0ertificate of Completion. This was

discussed in detail
and the. final cost figures reviewed.
Certain items that ran over estimates and items that i
had :a lowering effect on price were particularly discussed.
After various change orders considered, the total cost
is $1909327,300

The council instructed Easton to have the final assessment
schedule increased a blanket 10% as provided by law to
provide funds for the increased cost of construction. j
This final assessment schedult 'to be reviewed at the Sept.
3 meeting.
