The regular meeting of the town council was called to
order by Mayor Pro Teat Zenisek.
All other councilmen present except Shepard.
Orville Blough from t'heSouth Slope Co.®p Tel Co. was present
to request permission to dig across Vanderbilt St. at the
south side of the C NN tracks to that a burled telephone
cable could be constructed to the northeast corner of
the intersection of Van. St. & lLosey Road. On unanimous
action .of the council, said permission granted.
Prank Cerveny was present to discuss the water condition
in his area. After some discussion about possible solutions,
he was told tha t the town would hire Red Hoyle to install
a bleed t ilve at the end of the lira if it wasn't to be done
by the developers, or if there wasn't one provided when the
original line was contracted,
Joe W. Krahmer was granted permission to trap muskrats at
the lagoon .site at any time, regardless of the season®
Wakfants number 624 thru 632 were read and approved.
The Treasurers report was read and approved.
Nov. 1 was set for final date for objections and Nov, 4,
1963 for hearing on final assessment schedule, Proceddings
on separate documents prepared by Herrick & Langdon.
No further business, meeting adjourned.
