The minutes of the Jan. 6 meeting were read and approved. l
The treasurers report was read and approved.
Warrants no. 700 thru 719 were read and approved. I

The clerk. submitted the Official Report of Municipality
for Municipal Streets and Parking for theta. Hightay i
.. commiss ion for the Road Use. Tax program.

This .re port was discussed, the same being approved for l
filing as required by law to the Highway Commission.
Since 2xxx Xamastil no longer hauls junks the clerk was
instructed to consult with Vincent Meskimen to see if he
would take the job on a similar basis as Zamastii did.
This is contingent upon approval from Clarence Meski.men l
to grant dumping on his Land as he did in the past. i
If agreeable to Heskimen, clerk instructed to give him
the approval of the council and he could start the first
Saturday in March. I
clerk reported corresporidence with the W'a.tertower Paint
& Repair Co. in regard to a billing for work done in the
summer of 1963. The invoice had been reduced as per our l
previous correspondence, and authorisation of this bill
now made! to be paid from the Wateltworks ,fund.
Some of the I)ond sale business was discussed and it appeared
thatthe following would be the breakdown for complete sewer I
financing; General Obligation 27,000 brewer Revenue 8090010
and Special Assessment bonds 49,OOO.
