William Shepard submitted his resignation as councilman
due to his being f.fansfer Ped to Des Noinos by his employee°
. W. Bell Co.
Shepard was thanked' by the mayor and council for his
fine contribution to the many praaiects undertaten during
his term on the council-
'A. replacement for Shepard would be sought and any recommendations
Would be .made at the October meeting.

to contact Serbou.sek to see if he could make a special effort
to flush all hydrants for at least a month on a weekly
basis to see if this might add some pre ent.ion of iron
bacteria starting to grow again.

to the Plan & Zoning Commission and to the tarn council to
