The town council of Fairfax met on Dec. ', 1964 with
all councilmen present.
The treasurers report was read and approved.
The minute of the Nov. . 9 meeting were read and approved.

The Official. Budget Report of Fairfax to the Iowa Iii ,hway
Commission was presented and discussed. The report as
discussed was to be submitted to the Di. .ri ct Engineer
in accordance with their instructions on the RUT `farms.

Water department warrants for the year,, nu ..her° 1x81-256 were
read and approved
C;lerl,: instructed to check with BurA Gurney & Associates in
regard to the gua e on the water tower.
Auditors 'plat 31.3 was approved as per attached documents
provided by Richard Nanette, attorney. This Plat replaces.
the Toga Fund Plat 2 that s originally approved, but
never filed for record at the County level. The stipulations
of Iowa Fund in connection with sewer rental payment m9st
be met before the clerk is to deliver the completed documents
