The regular meeting of the Town council was held Feb. 19 1965 .

The treasurers report was read and approved,
Warrants no, 900 t `ru 912 were nand and approved.
Some maps and plans prepared by Lechner Engineering Co. were
discussed pertaining to possible street improvements. FrOF21
the figures discas ed, it was felt that a permanent improvement
would be unfeasible at this time without incurring considerable
debtq and that was not desired .
Northwest Bell requested by letter parmi gsion to bury a phone
cable in the same ditch that the ti oath ope Co Off: Telephone

regard to providing Liability insurance for the Town Harshall
wherein he would have some protection for any liability arising
