special meeting of the town council was held. this 12th
day of July for the purpose of discussing ith the Town
En ineer the problem of excessive water in the sanitary
sewer system.
Present were all councilmen and the Maybr, along with
attorney Ackley and Carl Lechner, Bill Bevis and Ronald
Burger.
Lechner was advised of the recent problems and was asked
for his opinion as to a solution. Lechner stated that he
would have the prodsm lines tested for infiltration.
A discussion was hold relative to a possible over flow line east
from the lift station along the C. & N. W. Railroad right
of way to prairie creeks Lechner would survey the area for
the feasibility of this project and he would also check with
-the RR Co. in regard to a dnnstruction permit®
