A special meeting of the town coundil was held this 12th
day of August at 7:30 P. X. for the purpose of hearing
objections on the proposed budget,
All councilmen were present except Merta and Carver.
There were no objections filed and no objectors present,
so the budget, as published on the budget estimate in the
Cedar R;_pids Gazette was declared adopted as follows:
General 11000 none
Street 29000
Public Safety 49100
Sanitation 3,480
Recreation 200
Utilities 450,
Debt Service 61,410.
total adopted budget $16�640.00
The budget estimate as published is hereby adopted and
on roll call vote is unanimously approved for 1966.
No further business, the meeting was adjourned.
