The town council of Fairfax met in regular session this I
day of over with all councilmen present except Merta,
The minutes of the October .4 meeting were read dnd approved,
The treasurers report was read and approved.
Warrants no. 43 thru 50 were read and approved.
Council agreed to permit Hargrave Const. Co . to obtain w ater
for -their b .ac ktopping job on 149. Serbousek to be consulted
as to the best place to get it.
The Class B. Beer Permit of Marilyn Fielder was discussed:.
The Hayor presented the various problems that Fielder has
been confronted with. Disturbances at the place of business
were reported. After considerable discussion concerning the
possibility of revocation of this permit, the council agreed
that the permit holder would be given another chance.
Rental of the 311 wat-er pupipz were considered. It was agreed
that only responsible persons would be pernitted to rent a
pump and that the fee is $10,00 for the first Your and $2',00
per hour thereafter®

on salaries. Action taken on an ordinance would be done at
the December meeting,
