The regular session of the Fairfax town council met at 7: 00 PH
Nov. 9' 1966 with all councilmen present except Shakespeare.
The minutes of the October 12 meeting were read and approved.
Warrants no. 285 t ru 294 were read and approved.
After some discussion, there was no further action in regard to
the drain at the Raymond Brecht residence as considered at the October
meeting.
proposed Ordinance providing for Elevations in the Town of
Fairfax was discussed and same was being prepared by Hall Engineering
Co. It was decided that this should be forwarded to the town
attorney so it could be included with the municipal code
m. L. Serbousek was sworn in by Mayor Zenisek to act as Town
Marshall for the Town of Fairfax,, without compensation.
The Official Budget Report of Fairfax on dun is ipal Streets and
Parking, as required by the Iowa Highway Commission for the
Road Use Tax programs, was presented by the clerk and approved for
fi.lin- with the Commission,
Check from County Auditor in payment of the Police Car and the.
allied equipment was reported by Mayor to be in the amount of
$2,221.00.
Clerk Neuhaus absent from this meeting.
