June 14, 1967
Regular meeting of the tow n council held June 14, 1967 at
7:00 P31. All councilmen present except vare
The minutes of the June 12 and April 12 meetings approved.
Treasurers report rea d approved.
David Steinmetz appointed playground director @ 45.00 per week
and James Ha girl as assistant at $20.00 per week.
Wallace J. Selzer,, chairman of the P. & Z. Commission reported
that the Comnission approved A request to re zone as light industrial
the land owned by the town located north of the C. & N. Ti. ' south
of Prairie Creek and East of the Quarry. Any U3age of this area
would be subject to air and water pollution restrictions. Council
took this recommendation under advisement- pending further information
from the petitioners.
It was agreed that the bid of Crawford Quarry for Class A road,stone
at $1.20 I✓ r tnn would be accepted. The other bid from Conc. ,Xtls.
was $1.25 per ton.
Class B Beer permit approved for Albert L. Snell dba Sam 's Lounge.
Cigarette permits approved for the fall owingr

Warrants no. 392 thru 398 approved.
Clerk reported that little information in regard to the well
from Frese -Well Drilling Co. at the Kuba,sa lot was available.
Frew reported that some additional data might be obtained, and
clerk instructed to contact Stephenson it such is available.
Mayor indicated a need for a fence around the water tower site
and it was agreed that information on cost would be obtained for
next me,-tin g.
