The regular meeting of the Fainfox Town council met July
121 1967 with all councilmen presentexcept hovar.
The minuTes of the Junc 14 meeting were read and approved,
The treasurers report was read and approved.

Engineer Don Hal met with council to report worK on streets
is on schedule . Hail gave estimates on additional work such
as double seal cuting certain streets and after giving hall
a top figure on expenditure , he was granted permission to
proceed with double octing additional streets.
RoT,,,ard Powell dba Powell Collection service visited 1with the
council in reggrd to renewing his garbage and junk Qollectiu,.n
contract. He stated that he was forced to increase his rate
from per month per user to $1, 50 per month per user.
After some discussicnq it was agreed that a new contract for,
of year effective Sept. 1 ,1967 would be execoted on this basis.
This was on motion by Mailman, and seconded by Buyesh

Bill Moss submitted a request thatthe council consider the sale
of the land west of the lagoon in accordance with the use that
he discussed with the P. & Z. CoRmission earliey The P. & Z.

has -appreved zoning changc to light industrial. Moss explained
the type of business that was intended to go in this area and
asked the council for a price on this land. No definite action
taken at t his time.
The estimated budget for caiendar 1968 was subOtted by Mayor
Aenisek an& all it as therein were discussed in detail. The
ameunts in each functional fund that would be necessary to raise
by taxation in 1968 were ad follows:
