special meeting of the Town council held this 22nd day of

yq 1968 with all councilmen present except Shakespeare
The Mobile Home Park ordinance , as previously discussed, was
presented as prepared by town attorney.
The proposed ordinance was read in detail and discussed.
Several_ items were particularly discussed so t hat changes were
noted for clarification. Parking, lot size and set back
requirements were noted for the town attorney to re-write into
the ordinance.
With certaLn changed,, it was thought that the a di.nance would
be in an acceptable farm for action at the regular Tune meeting.
A discussion can the streets was held after a report from the
street and alley committee . It was their thought thatthe coast
figures estimated by Howell were unreasonably high and that the
work should be done at a substantially reduced price , and yet
have the necessary work donee,
It was decided that Don Hall of Hall Engineering Co. should check
the streets condition since he drew the specs on their improvement
in 196'x® He would then report bale to the council before an y
committment was made relative to a program for 1.966®
