Special meetint of the Town Council hold June 199 1968
with all councilmen present except Austin,
The street repair situation wa3 d0 cussed in acoordince
with the observations of the Street & Alley Gomm ttce .
It was though t that the priority areas were as follows:
spath
Underbilt St . X1111 from Church, around corner on Linn St,
Park
Railroad from 0#100s, can and south on Reynolds
Reynoldds from Railroad to Main
Church St. in front of the Methodist Church Parsonage,
Clerk instructed to have Nanatt Const. Co, Pelling Con t. Co.
and Howell Coast. Co. take a look at the particular areas and
to make recommendations and cost estimates on said repairs.
The Fluoridation equipment was discussed in accordance with
bldg submittod at the Vast meeting. It was moved by Kral,
seconded by Strang that the equipment of Whitney be accepted
at a cost of $795.00 plus $65 .00 for a sinkt totaling $860.00.
Clerk ana Mayor instructed to complete the necessary documents
for the State Dept . of Health so that the 50% subsidy will be
coming as part payment of this project .
The Budget Estimate for 1969 was presenled in detail. Discussions
on each area of expenditures were held and the final askings
were tabulated with the clerk instructed to publish same so that
the objectors hearing would be at 7 :01 PH July 10, 1968.
The complete estimate is contained in the published document
with fund askings as follows :
