special meeting of the Town council held at 6: 00 PH
, this 27th day of Sept. 1968,
v The purpose ®f the meeting was to consider an application
for a Class B Beer Permit effective Oct . 1, 1968 and a
!, Cigarette permit effective Oc. l' 1965' submitted by Dale
E. Beneshp dba DaWs Tap. Benesh had leased the property
owned by Charles J. Boland and the business would be located
where Charlie 's previously was.
On motion being made , seceded and unanimously approved, Benesh.
was granted said perfts, pending the payment of fee and providing
bond.
It was moved, seconded and carried to approve an application
effective Oct. 9t 1968 of a Class B Club Beer Permit for
Pekomy Post 572, American Legion.
Councilmen fees for this meeting were a,id for by Charles
Boland.
No further business, meeting adjourned.
