Treasurers report approved.

Clerk asked to contact the Linn County Rnginoer in regadd to the
Tree Sap proQass on roads.
Clert asked to shecY with Sheriff Grant in regard to po&sible
pay or cost inc-enses to the T for police work in 1970.
Clerk to make inquiry to Fred Filling Hauling Service and to
Pon 's Kaoling Sevvice in rcgard to possible contract arrangements
for junk hauling.
Some preliminary discussion pertaining to the proposed budget
estimate for 1970 was held,
Clerk reported a request for Duffy' s road to have some dust
preventative and information was to be obtained fron Go. Eng. office.
