Council met in special session for the purpose of canvassing
the election for the purpose of selling $50, 000 Fire Station
General obligation ands , said election held Sept . 30, 1969.
Poll books found to be accurate as listed .

8, 1969 with all councilmen present.
The minutes of the Sept . 10 meeting were read and approved.

Some of the reappointments and rd la e gents due to resignations
had been inadvertenly omitted, and terms of office relating to
e piration dates aren 't complete . Therefore , it is the
unanimous unanimousf vote of the council th t all past actions of the
planning and zoning commission be ratified, approved and held
effective and that the expiration of terms as set forth abrve '
are accurate and in fell effect .
More discussion on the junk collection contract, with clerk
to talk with ?geese l?er°tining to commercial al s t€ ps.

Clerk instructed to contact the State office pertaining to
burning of trash and what implications the new state gegulations
may have on our volume of trash to te hauled,
