A special meeting of the Town Cn-ncil held this 15tb day
of December , 1969 .
All councilmen oresent except ShakespeRree
Also present were Ackley as town attorney , Councilmen
elect 7avroch and Stallman and 'r._ it Whel representing
the Fairfax Township Trustees ,
Further discussion pertaining to the Fire Station was had-
and the decision was approved to use the "flat type " of
roof on the building. Phis was after Proper consideratio-n
of cost and maintenance factors relative to the roof .
Discussion on merits of brick vs b1cok was bad with no
final determination.
An agreement between the Fairfax Twanship Trustees and the
Town of Fair relative to the payment of certain sums
from the Township ;othe Town for fire protection service
was discussed and presented as drawn by Ackley.
After some discussion , it was agredd by all concerned that
the agreement was in proper form and that if essentially
approvet by the trustees and payment made accordingly for
i969 , that the agreement woulO be approved br the To An.
