.A discussion on the contract with Delbert Neese relative
to junk collection (and garbage ) was held. The main problem
concerns the larger volume of refuse , junk and garba§e,
necessitating a second trip by Neese If everything is to
be picked up, Since his contract, wl c as heretofore
expired, was baed on one trip,, he has notified the town
that he onuldn 't pick up everything and, -would have to place
a limit on what he could haul to avoid making a second trip.
'."'Ierk was asked to contact Neese to determine what the extra
cost would be if arrangements could be made allowing the
extra trip when necessary, or whatever other chances could
be made to facilitate maximum convenience at minimum cost .
Some consideration could be given to the possibility of
dumping in the Cedar Rapids land-fill.
No further business, meeting adjourned.
