Minutes of June l7th meeting read and approved
Regu Ar water rate per IJOO gals plus gas for hauling water to J R Lefebure
to be charged.
The different types of insurance and their coverage held by the town were
discussed,
Maintance agreements from the Highway Comm and the Linn County reNevedxX
signed and return to them.. The council agreed that the counties rates for
men and equipment was a goad rate. Motion made by R Burger 2nd H Stallman
to accept these agreements
Bill Gibney attend the council meeting for a clarification on the sewer
assessment 6nxkhx Lot #5 in Murphy 1st addition. Meeting with 76hn Murphy
Bill Gibney, council, etc. to be set up and a settlement reached.
Vetter read to council from Mayor on the use of the Fire Department Van
in regard to the water and sewer dent. ?t is the consensus of those infiolved
(The fire chief, depts, & Mlayor) that until some type of vehicle can be
purchased for the water and sewer dept the fire department van may be used
by theca for emergepuies and flusl ng hyrdrants,
Discussion on budget held
Motion to jay bills made by Bud Burger, 2 n.d R Vavrocb carried
Motion to adjourn Bud Burger 2nd Uarry Stallman C'a'rried
