letter received from R. L. Wood asking for a special permit to

Betty Austin made maticn 2nd by i Stallman that the Planning &
cor ittee of the town of Fairfax set a regular meeting
time and report both. orally and in writing to the- town council oil
a quarterly basis. ThiB .repart should cover items handled in- the

Architect in regard to Fire Station Dailling. Clerk instracted
to check with Ar Ackley an where we atand legally in regard to

Mr Randy Bush, instructor cfKirkwood Oollege, attend meeting with
Dan Shavespeare from the Water & bewer Dept and gave the

and replacement parts needed. His estimgte of cost, parts and
labor approximatly 81, 000, 00, Council ask that Rndy Nemec,
a-nd town sewer consuatant be informed of this puzposal
and ask for his recommontions
Clerk instructad to set up special meeting with Mr Ackley for the
purpose of changing several ordinances.
Council racommend several jobs for Mr Kubasa.to take care of suo'h
as moving old pile of asphalt, fizing road to lagoon , check cuivurts
and ,move old fire department eqaipment to fire station.

can put in their bida.
