Treasurers report approved Mr Ackley present to discuss Fire Station Construction and new ordinances After a serious discussion of all matters concerning the construction of the fire station and corrections that need to be dune the following motion was made by- Ronald Vavroch and 2,nd Betty Austin Be it moved that Mr Warren Ackley, Town attorney, be authorized to proceed with legal action against the Architects firm of Armon Kopecky & Johnson and the Contractor Wayne Schloof to honor written guarantee received by the Town of Fairfax at the time was accepted from them, Roll Call Vote Yes Vavroch, Austin, Stallman No's none 2 absent Carried amended The following'Nordinances were proposed and read to coundil: 24,08 and 24,09 Property to be protected and service of Fire truck and charges,, Motion to approve as read mdde by -betty Austin 2nd James Stallman Carried Motion to despease with 2nd and 3rd readings made by Betty Austin 2nd Ron Varoch Carried climbing Amending Chapter 66 by adding 66.04 in regard toAwate,r town and damgging pump6mg system or pump house® Motion to approve as read made by Ron Vavroch and 2nd James Stallman Carried Moitan to depsense with 2nd and 3rd readings made by Ron Vavroch grad J Stallman carri, 65,09 Carrying loaded firearms- After meading and correction motion to approve as corrected made by James Stallman 2 rod Ron Vavrech Carried Motion to despense with 2nd and 3rd readings made by James Stallman 2nd Betty Austin Carried Chapter 61 completely and wholly revoked and in it place enacted the following Chapter 61 **xft Licensing and control of Dogs 61.01 Licensing 61,.102 Issuance of License 61.03 Dogs running at lar�ge 61,04 Impounding of dogs.
