Special Councilm meeting held November 17, 1971. Betty Austin, Mayor ProTem

New Councilmen, R Stallman, and G Stockton, D Austin also present
Council appointed the following to the Planning and Zoning committee.

official notification from Iowa Fund is received,
Snow plow has been purchased and attached to the torn truck.

Carried. Fire Department now at full 20 members,
On a motion by J Stallman and 2nd by. R Burger that 'Louis Whitney be authorized
to purchase right angle drive dump and gas motor for Lift station and
to fur ish details of bu lding size to house same. Carried
Clerk instructed to check other surrounding town's for there ordinanegm on
car parking, removal etc in regard to snow removal.
Motion to approve bills made by R Burger 2nd Vavrocb carried.
