Qo Evans attended meeting to call to the attentiop of the council the drainage
problen that bas occurred in regard to his property. Linn Co Engineer bas been
also contacted. Problem to be worked out with Linn County.

TO Bennett from Iowa Fund attended meeting to discuss with the council the
non payment of back sewer rent, amd other details in regard to their property
in Fairfax.,
Mr Shakespeare ,gave a report on the feasibility of the extension of the sanitary
sewer under highmay 149 to the property of elzer's Dairy Queen and Fruit pct
Approximate cost would be under $5,000.00. Favorable interest in coptinui.ng the
line up the *pest side of ##149 is to N investigated.
It was suggested that a lack of some type be put on the door leading in the

Mr Shakespeare gave a report on the meeting he attend at the C R City Waterworks.
Street Cormittee reported that any fill dirt available should be put in on S W
corner of curve at Vanderbilt and Linn Street.

the necessary equipment to provide a continuous and controlled addition of fluoride
into %b* public vater supply of the Town of Fairfaxp, lowa.

said equipment and to aparate the same for the addition and supplementing of
fluoride to continucus and controlled amounts to the public wter supply of the
