Cigrette permits for Frank's Apco, Al's Texaco, Warlies, San's Lounge
Track Inn and Fairfax Grocery were approved on motion of Gary Stockton
and 2n Ron Stallman.
Motion to approve Albert Suells DBE Say's Tn"Pge Class B beer psrmit
made by R Stall man 2nd G Stoetton Carried.
Motion to approve Wass C beer permit fear Harlan Penkes , BN DU A Vairfax
Crecery made by R Stallmap, 2nd G Stockton Uri d.
Letter aid bill receivee from VT Frank Mitvalsky tabled until next
mpeting.
Mr Kemble from Veterans Protective Assoc attended reetln� -to anzwer
further questions on contract and set up time for special meeting
to swear in the officers that will be pelicing the town.
Motion by R Stall man 2nd 0 Stockton that Ray J. Zamwil be approved
as member bf tbt Fairfax Fire Department to replace a member moving
out of town. Carried

topping of their parking lot and drives to the street edge, Permission

Al Sank ot attend meetivg to incuire if there -would be anyone else
interested ip a sidewalk project on the east side A the 300 hlack
of Vanderbilt , as he wants to put a new side walk In front of the
property he owns Urack Inn ) Council to take under advise rent.
Discussion hold on Linn Ce Land Fill, Tabled until we bear from the
Linn Co Eealth Dept. State report on sanitary land fill will be made
out by the Linn Co Regional Planning staff.
