Regular Pteting of the Fairfax Town Council was held July 61 1972. Mayor Pro Tem
Skakespeare. presiding. All Councilmen present.
Niputes of pre Vious meetings approved as nailed.
Bareld Hensel, candidate for county supervisor, attended the council meeting
to Azet the cauncil and inouire how he could help the sualler towns if he were
elected,
Steve Selzer inquired if the i Ws could start to clear an area rear t creek
amd quarry for a park. on notion of H tall an and 2nd Gary Stockton, council granted
J.C.'s appreval to Man up area of town property by creek for a park, Carried.

could help them firalially to hold a teen dance, Motion to appropriate 1100.90

Lee Evams inquired xCein as is what progress has been made with the county on the
cleaning of the ditch along the read in front of his home.
Motion to purchase tractor and c e bar attachment for mewing fram Hil ubas for the

of Frank Mitvalsky's bill for $37.50. Clerk instructed to send a letter to Mr
Uitvalsky protesting the anourt Q the bill. It should be paid later in the month.
Budget review held. On metiop of J Stallmau 2nd R Lefebure clerk instructed te
publish budget as approved. Roll call vote Yea's R Stallman, R Lefebure, J Stall man
& G—Stockton Pay's nemt, Carried
