Regular meeting of the Vairfix Town Council was held on August
3, 1972 . Kaygr Wakespeare p2eviding. All Councilmen present

Leo Evans attended meetinE to again inquiry into his ditch problem

Budget hearing held. to written objections received and no
citzens present to object to budget estimate as pobliphed.

new Councilmen.

"Ien-ning & a temporary zoning.has been placed on the Dooperty
now owned by Mr & Mrs Leo hreciooh for an upholstery shop. 2roperty
will revert to residential. zoning on change of ownership or will
need to be rezoned if type of business is c4anged . Uarried

The Fairfax Planning ar-d Zoning Committee recommenas
that the town council approve the rezoning pplication
of Mr. & Mrs Leo recioc or .s of the garage on their
property as an upholstQry shop ,
The Committee also recommended to the Jaycee representativiee
that they check with the council far maps and definite
areas involved regarding the proposed town park .pro jest
