To Fairfax Town Council.-
The Fairfax Planning and Zoning Committee make the following,
recommendations -
Regarding the request from TIlr,, Kirlcpatrick to "part-out"
cars on his property - the co.-tTmittee is unanimous in
recommending that this request be denied.
Regarding the request of Jerry Tfierta to deviate from the
required 81 between house and property line to only 61
on the west aide of the proposed house - The motion to
approve this deviation carried with flour "yes" votes
fine "no" vote .
Regarding section 71.09 of Chapter 71 - Zoning Ordinance -
we recommend clarification of item 2 to the effelat that 8"
between house and p-roperty line should apply to house and
any attachments - separate garage could remain 3' from
property line . We also recommend checking with a fire
insurance company for reaction to this part of the ordinance.
Regarding Russell Olson sub-Oivision proposal - We recommend
that he be allowed to sell the two lots adjacent to the
present road but selling three or more lots 'would constitute
a sub-divisi6n and he should be made aware of and. obliged
to conform to all m-unicipal codes regarding sub-divis ion

Regarding Town Park proposal - Committee unanimous in
approval of the Murphy ground as a site for the town park
and reoommend that the town council make a mo-metary offer
and negotiate with the owners for the purchase of this
acres .
