Special Council meeting Fairfax Town Council held October 191, 1972,.
Mayor Shakespeare presiding. All Councilmen present, Clerk absent
Also attendingo Mr Scott Me-Lead, and Er Warren Ackley, attorney's
Mr Russ Olson, Mr Norman, John and Mr Bill Morrow.
JKxpx Purpose of meeting: issuance of building permits.
Bill Morrow appeared to offer trash containers ,to the town as
a serve of the Bey Scout Troop, offer gratefully accepted by the
council. Containers to be made during Winter Scout meetings.
Following a hearing and discussion on the issuance: of building permits

to Russ Olson and Norman Johnston the following m bons were made.
Motion by Gary Stockton to direct Building Inspect to issue a building
permit to Russell Olson to build a house on his property within the
town of Fairfax4 2nd by Harry Stallman, Yea's H Stallman, J Zamastil$
B Lefebure, G Stocktqn, R Stallman Nays noneii,
Motion by Bob Lefebure to, direct the building inspector to issue a building
permit to Mr Norman Johnston on a one acre parcel of land to be
purchased from 'Russell Olson on his farm loacted in the town of
Fairfax,, Iova, 2nd Gary Stockton, Roll Call Vote Yea's i Zamastil
B Lefebure, G Stockton, Nay's H Stallman, R Stallman* Carried 0
Bob Lefebure made motion to adjourn. 2nd by Stockton. Carried,
