for acceotance and they will be Approved by council it jan meeting.
Letter "Tom Mr McLeod in regard to park purohcse. Ee recommenda,
purchase corn . crib and road and issue a- yearly permit for use of
some by Hurphy' s. Council it agreement with this. suEgestion
Clerk to notify McLeod to proceed with the formal offer to tine
Murphyts.

On motion of A Stallman 2nd G Stockton, Town to pay Jim YcCoratck
V 120.00 fee for past repair and maintance . cif common Peace in the
Lagoon area. Woimick to be informed that he should continue the
maintance and bill the town aacordingly6 Carried
