Special Meeting of the Fairfax 'Tbwn Council was held January 16, 1973®
Mayor Shakespearexnq presid,ing, All Councilmen present.
Purpose of meeting: Issuing of B eer & L.iqour License to new Leassee's .of Sams
Lounge.
Motion to approve liq '& Beer permit for Do-cis Thompson DBA Golden heild was made
by Gary Stockton 2nd Ronald ftallman. On Roll call votew motion carried
A,11 Councilmen voting -yiBs9(on completion of all forms)
Motion to approve Ciggrette permit made by James Staff lman 2nd John` Zamastil
On Roll call vote motion carried* All Councilmen voting yes,
Motion to approve Dance permit Ronald Stallman 2nd G Stockton. On roll call vote:
motion carried. All councilmen voting yes.
Discussion was held prior to issuing permits with-the new owners, Doris
Thompson and Kenneth Shidlds in, regard to rules.regulations and backgvuund
of new owners,
