We, the undersigned live in the immediate vicinity
of 2900 12th Avenue Marion, Iowa, in which Mr. Lyle
Collingwood has resided for the past two years. During
this time he and his associates have worked on motor-
cycles on a part:-time basis. They have caused no safety
problems on our streets. Noise was of no great concern
as it was not on a continuing nature, very limited and
occurred: in the daytime.
Mr. Lyle Collingwood and his associates have kept
the property well maintained and conducted themselves
in a respectable manner.
