To Fairfax Town :Council.
"Re recommend that someone eithez' the council or Mr.
Burger - determine definitely by abstracts, cou y records,
or survey who owns the 60xi2o' in question.
How did the town =acquire permission to put ditches on the
1201 - particularly on the south side if it belongs to
Burgers . If the town owns tbas, is 'it definitely a
street for this entire 12019
Either the town o,,ms the ocutb 30' or the town has put
a ditch on Burgers property.
How or when did the town acquire -the north half of this 601?
Even after talking with Mr. Burger we are not certain Who
owns the north half or if Burgers own the south half.
Until we are furnished --Tith this Proof of o,,mershi,- we
find it impossible 'to render any decisioia.
