To Fairfax Town Council :
The Fairfax Planning and Zoning Committee recommend that
the council permit Ralph Emanuel to build his house
with only 61 between the house and the west property
line since the west side of his lot will join the 251
private driveway. This driveway extends north between
the west side of the Emanuel lot and the east side of
lot #2 of this development . This will be 311 between
Ralph Emanuel 's house and the east property line of
lot #2 ,

Re: The Extention of Main H. Vat in Flirfax, TaM
W`r. Ronald, T-ur,,er has propse-d to build a house on lots
19 and 20, Giddings Ad3ition to Fairfax, these lots not
currently ser7iced by a road, but face on what should be an
extention, on Main Street 120 feet cast of Seipman Drive.
As one house does not constitue a subdivision it is not
reouired to be serviced bja road. Tt is therefore recommended
that 1-dr. Burger put in a driveway on hi s oTwn property to seiwice
thesis proposed house. This driv e wa.y would connect to the east end of
Main Street. The proposed house must conform to the present
side yard code now dm effect in Fairfax.
The Plannirg & Zoning Commission has met and discussed at
great lengbh the extention. of Yain Street, but has not reached
any conclusion what so ever.
Be it so noted this propsed driveway can only service one house,
Sincerely,
(Signed) Fenneth 0. Selzer
P & Z Comm. Chairman
