Engineer the f1rat. project should be storm sewers in, the Nair Street and
Saipman Drive area.
Several street projects taken under consideration including discussion of size of
driveway culverts that sksuld be requirede No met size was stated but
property owners are to keep their driveway culverts in good reppir and clear
so that water may drain off streets preperlyt

received from Watertower Paint & pz repair for overflow pipe and clean
out plug on watertower,. Bid of $1*376,00 was considered too high*. Clerk to
contact Watertower print for a new bid using 3'1` steel. tubing iinstead of 4"
for overflow pipe and having NST thread an end with a 21"' adapter for use.witk

Bid received from Dave Livingston for preliminary study OU use of sever lagoon
affluent as fertilizerw $500,00 bid was tabled for later discussion.

a report from Dean Hartman Town Representative -on the Linn County Housing
Committee., Town-Rep for Council of aging also to be present,,
Clark informed Council that the Town books would be auditied by the ,C 2 A
firm of Maurice T.. Breen u Ce beginning May 22, 197'4*
