BE GULVED: That the CityCeuncil, Fair&x, Iowa meeting in
rfgulgr session does hereby agree in regarO to the property *caned by
Bertina Stark and property ovAQ by Frqnk a& Bertina Dvorak,
Whereas. the 6perary housing, occupied by Mrs dert0a Start and
located upon land owned by Mrs Bertita Stark may remain and be ecoup W by
Mrs Rertina Stark during her life time. This temporary housing may be
replaced if damaged or destroyed only Krieg the life time Of
Mrs Artina Stark,
Whereas, the water connection to said temporary housing %ay be
allowed to be connected to the water water placed at the house on adjacent property
also owned b not eccupjej by Mrs Bertira Stark during her life time.
Whereas, the Fairfax City Council does hereby recognize and
acknowledges that a beauty shop is presently located on land owned by
Frank and Bertina Dvorak and that said beauty sbop may remain on said
land as long as beauty shop continues to conform witb Section 71.06
paragraph 5 of Fairfax Muncipal cedc.
Be it further reaelved tbat the City clerk be authorized and
directed to file a certified c*py of this res0lutiOn With the Linn
County Recorder and thereafter tv be filee with the Linn CoUnty Auditor
